Thursday Tennis Match - away to Braintree 6.30pm

I’ve now recovered from the bitter disappointment of Federer losing the FO final to that young moonballer and can now concentrate on team selection.

The winners of the coveted places on the victors’ roll of honour are:

The match is at Braintree LTC and is scheduled for a 6.30 start. Map here: http://sites.google.com/site/halsteaddistricttennisleague/teams/team-2 I suggest that those unused to grass courts get there early for a good knock up. A helpful tip for success at Braintree is “don’t let the ball bounce”.
